An animated short about the evolution of man through the perspective of two rocks on a hillside. The movie is in German with English subtitles.

I ended up showing this film at the start of my TGS (Technology in a Global Society) class this year. The discussion forum in Moodle was filled with thoughtful comments. I’ll definitely be using Das Rad in classes in the future.

By the way, I think Das Rad means The Rocks…not The Wheel. Or am I mistaken?

Thought it was the wheel (rad, radius), and just checked a german/english dictionary and it indeed is the wheel. “Die felsen” translates to “the rocks”.
