The Position: In an instructional designer role, you will develop, implement and sustainInstructional Systems Design (ISD) processes in support of SaskPowerâ€™s training programs, consulting with key stakeholders across the province and coaching training personnel in adulteducation and evaluation principles. This position will play a lead role in the research and development of a â€œblendedâ€ approach to competency-based learning using traditional anddistance learning methods.
The Requirements: Applicants must have a bachelors degree in education with a major inCareer and Technology studies or a degree in Adult Education, Educational Technology, Corporate Training and Development programs, or Educational Administration, supplemented by3 yearsâ€™ experience in the areas of ISD, e-learning, corporate training, team building and project management. Preference will be given to students exiting a Masterâ€™s program. The successfulcandidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
